WHAT TO EXPECT

We have a multi-generational attendance with a range of ages from children to senior adults, and worship styles to suit most tastes. Come early or stay late and enjoy free coffee or juice and muffins in our cafe on Sunday mornings. The cafe opens before the 8:30 service and stays open until after the 11:00 service.

HOW WE DRESS: Our attenders dress in a wide range of attire, from t-shirts and jeans to shirts and ties. You will feel comfortable in anything you wish to wear.

SERVICE STYLES

On Sunday morning, we offer two worship services. The first is the 8:30AM service and incorporates many timeless and classic elements of worship, with music driven mostly by piano and organ. The 11:00AM service is a modern take with guitar-driven worship, full praise band, and choir with various multimedia elements.

SERVICE LENGTH: Worship services usually last about 1 hour and 15 minutes with worship lasting approximately 45 minutes and the sermon approximately 30 minutes.

WHERE TO GO

If you come up the main drive, the first entrance you will come to is the main entrance. Through those doors is the foyer and the worship center is on the left. There is also an entrance from the parking lot which enters into our educational wing; the foyer is at the end of the hall and the worship center just beyond.

WHERE DO MY KIDS GO?: We offer nursery for children birth to 2 years for all services. During the 11:00AM service, we offer the Lil' Praise service for 3 years to Kindergarten, and Kidz Church for grades 1-5.

HELPING HANDS NETWORK

Broken Arrow Nazarene
Helping Hands Network (HHN)
helpinghands@banazarene.org

Purpose: To provide service opportunities to the fellowship of BA Nazarene to help us each fulfill our mission of Loving God, Loving Others, and Serving.

How does it work?

I want to serve: If you have the desire to be of service to others, register to become a part of the Helping Hands Network (HHN) by completing the online registration form. When service opportunities are presented, a broadcast e-mail will be sent to those HHN members who have indicated a desire or skill to assist with that particular type of request. HHN members who respond to say, “Yes, I will help” will then be put in contact with the person(s) who have requested help. Don’t have e-mail? You will be contacted by phone per your instructions on the registration form.

I need assistance: If you need short-term assistance with small household chores, maintenance, transportation, etc. you will send an e-mail to HHN. Your request will then be forwarded confidentially to HHN members to see who is available to help. Don’t have e-mail? Call (918)455-3550 ext. 7 and your request will be forwarded to HHN.

I have something of value to give away: If you have appliances, furniture, etc. in good shape and would like to donate to someone else, we will use HHN to get the word out to try and find a matching need.

Excited about the prospect of serving others within our fellowship? You should be! It’s scriptural!

“Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God’s grace in its various forms. 1 Peter 4:10″
